At Eden Facility Management, we aim to provide the best possible services to our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel a service or request a refund.
Service Cancellation
- Clients may cancel a booked service by contacting our support team via 16057.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service will not incur any cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation charge to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
Refunds
- If you have made a payment in advance for a service that you cancel within the allowed cancellation period, you will be entitled to a full refund.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during purchase, within 7–14 business days of confirmation.
- No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
Exceptions
- In the event that Eden Facility Management is unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be entitled to either:
- A full refund, or
- Rescheduling of the service at no additional cost.
