Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Eden Facility Management, we aim to provide the best possible services to our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel a service or request a refund.

Service Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel a booked service by contacting our support team via 16057.
  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service will not incur any cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation charge to cover administrative and scheduling costs.

Refunds

  • If you have made a payment in advance for a service that you cancel within the allowed cancellation period, you will be entitled to a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during purchase, within 7–14 business days of confirmation.
  • No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.

Exceptions

  • In the event that Eden Facility Management is unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be entitled to either:
    • A full refund, or
    • Rescheduling of the service at no additional cost.
